It will look great. Given that sperm behavior is not to react in unison, you may not want them to turn together toward the wind. If you do, the way I would do it is to make an vertical fin out of clear plastic, at the end of the tail. Sperm tails don't have a fin so it needs to be invisible. I think sperm move by flicking the tail side to side, maybe you could construct a joint that gives it that range of motion. Maybe it isn't side to side in one plane, but sort of random, that would be much more difficult to replicate, I think. Hard to tell the pattern of the motion in those microscopic videos, because the depth of field is flattened.
