   Also, Yamaha makes similar superquiet inverter based&#xD;
generators.  They're in the same league as Honda.&#xD;
Others are making them like Kipor, but I can't attest to&#xD;
their quality or performance.  I've had a Yamaha for&#xD;
several years and like it a lot.  Our village mayor has an&#xD;
older 2000 and likes his a lot as well.</summary>

Do yourself the favor and get one, it will last forever, your $200 one will be lucky if it makes it through the week.&#xD;

    <summary type="html">IMHO a $200 genny is trouble.  You get what you pay for.  Anything that cheap&#xD;
is probably going to be a noisy and *smelly* two cycle engine.  You're better&#xD;
off with a $500 genny and a baffle box.  We've used a baffle box for years&#xD;
with good results.  It helps to line it with thick carpet or some other &#xD;
dampening material.  Also, we put a piece of curved sheet metal next to the &#xD;
cooling vent exhaust to direct the air up.  This helps create a draft to cool&#xD;
the genny better than just slots at the bottom of the box.&#xD;
&#xD;
   Whatever you do, change the oil post Burn and follow the directions to&#xD;
mothball it for the winter.</summary>
