Fri, May 9, 2008 - 6:52 AMIt can be submitted in any form either imaginable or non-imaginable, unless you have ever been Refused Admission to Your Dreams or Those of Others, or have Ever Sought to Obtain or Assist Others to Obtain a Visa by Fraud or Freud , Misdefining Dream Symbolism or Sought to Escape Realism by any Other Ridicule, Subconscious, Solipsistic, Hyperrealistic, Existentialistic, Animalistic, Surrealistic, Lobotomistic Means and/or Rituals? In that case you'll need a waiver.
I doubt waivers can be submitted subliminally........... -

Stating all categories where Visa may not be issued to persons (real and imaginary) defined by Reality as inadmissable to Dreamworlds, Dreamlands and/or any other category of Dreams. Is any of the following applicable to you or your Mind? If so a waiver (either BWX-57(s) or GDA-43(b)) needs to be obtained Somehow, Somewhere, Sometime Relatively Soon, either in this Reality or in any other Reality, either Imaginable or Non-Imaginable, but Preferably between 9 AM - 5 PM.
But don't worry, fill out the form at www.dadara.nl/checkpoint/...on-forms.htm
and just be sure to have all applicable Bribes ready ( as according to paragraph WE-XS-456(a) ) !!

Again other rules apply for all other Entities and Aliens as well............ -

Fri, May 9, 2008 - 9:42 AMThe Department of Dreamland Security prefers having it mailed beforehand so we can run some Dream Checks on you and that way will be able to provide you with a smooth and safe passage into your Dreams. Also having your hands free in the desert, leaves more room for bribes.........
Of course you are free to bring the form with you as well and enhance it with any Playa-inspired last minute alterations!
