Most 'healthy' organizations tell folks what is going on, they dont' allow the street to report it first. Most 'healthy' organizations strive to create a culture for growth within the organization. The exodus you are seeing is due to lack of opportunities because of the treatment within the org. Like I said, first the artists, then the curator, now.
