You will find plenty of fire spinning, dancing and arts. Go to the b-man website, as well as some of the past Burning Man virgin tribes. There are also fire spinning tribes here. Lots of workshops, classes, jams for fire lovers.

tickets usually go on sale in January, check the website http://www.burningman.com and the prices only go UP so buy early if cost is an issue. You'll have no problem getting rid of the ticket even just here on tribe. eBay is okay except you are strictly forbidden to sell the ticket for more than you paid. craigslist works too. The wind is a problem. So is the dust (huge, huge problem). There are *kind of* designated areas, and you'll either find out where they are when you arrive at the gate/greeters station, or you can do a bit of research beforehand. Your bus wont be a problem just make sure its in good working condition, it wont break down and it wont leak fluids on the desert floor (thats a BIG NO-NO). And youre joking about the senior discount right? Anyways. Go to the website. Read everything twice. Then read it again. Then join one of the burning man virgins tribes and ask more questions there.

I am new to the adventure of Burning Man. I am guessing tickets will be between $250 to $300 for the September event? Is there a senior discount? I will probably get two tickets: one for me and one for my son who may or may not go. Is that ticket usually easy to turn if it is not going to be used? Where? eBay? I heard the wind can be something else. Any stories there? I have an old converted 1962 ex-Trailways bus that I would love to take. Any problem with bus parking? Are there designated parking areas? One of my newest passions is Fire Staff spinning; I would think that there would be some fire spinning and dancing going on where I can learn more?....Vernonb
