I dont have any set plan for where to stop for gas. Origionally I was going to try to hit Costco up but, not all their locations sell gasoline.
Ill be taking the 5 up to the 395 into Reno.
Is gas cheaper somewhere you go, that I dont know about...on the way?
Just wondering if I can save some gas money.

Re: Where to stop for GAS?
Sat, August 27, 2005 - 4:53 PMI always take that same route and pretty much resign to the fact i'm probably going to have to pay more for gas on the drive. Try to use the stations in the actual towns and not the "last chance" gas stations. -

Re: Where to stop for GAS?
Sat, August 27, 2005 - 7:08 PMErica,
use the following link to check for gas stations on your way to BRC. www.gaspricewatch.com/new/
Check carefully when you get the list of gas stations for the ones closest to the freeway so that you are not driving more than a mile or 5 minutes from the freeway. I have been working on this myself for a little while to prepare my driving directions to each possible choices along my route from the Bay Area. I am thinking that I'll refuel twice so that there will still be plenty in the tank when I leave BRC (suggestion).
I'll be at the Temple of Venus located at 2:00 & The Esplanade volunteering (Fri. 2:30p-5:00p) in the Sensuality temple servicing the goddesses with a wide selection of sensual delights.
Hope to see you there,
Glenn
